Kumaran Id Cards

Our place is at Number 114 on the Cuddalore Main Road in Mandharakuppam, which is part of Neyveli. We spend our days making ID cards for various folks, mostly for schools or the small offices around here. We have this lamination machine that gets really hot, so we have to be careful not to leave it on for too long. The process of taking someone's details and putting them onto a plastic card is pretty straightforward, but you have to be careful with the alignment. If it is off by even a little bit, the card looks wrong and we have to start over. Cuddalore Main Road is always busy with traffic, so we get a lot of dust coming in through the front. We are constantly wiping down the counter and the printer glass. It is just a small room with enough space for the equipment and a couple of chairs. People usually just drop off their photos and info and come back later in the day to pick up the finished cards. We are not some big factory, just a local shop in Neyveli doing this one specific thing. Sometimes the lamination plastic gets jammed and we have to take the whole machine apart to fix it. It is just how it goes when you are working with these kinds of tools every day. We stay busy enough and try to keep the mistakes to a minimum.
