Hindustan Liver Limited

Our office for Hindustan Liver Limited is down in Neyveli, Tamil Nadu. It’s a town that feels very different from the big cities like Chennai. We are located right in the middle of things, but our setup is very modest. We don't have a big fancy building with lots of floors. It's a simple, functional space that serves our needs. The staff here are mostly local people who have lived in this part of Tamil Nadu for a long time. We speak a mix of languages in the office, but the work always gets done. The weather can be a bit of a challenge because it gets so humid, so we keep the windows open when there’s a breeze. We don't have a corporate handbook telling us how to act. We just treat each other with respect and get through the day's to-do list. There’s no big hurry here, but we aren't lazy either. We just have a steady rhythm that we’ve developed over the years. Most people in town know where we are, so we don't need to do much in the way of promotion. If you came to visit, you’d see a very normal workplace with people doing their jobs without any fuss. We aren't looking to change the world; we’re just here to do our part and keep the business running smoothly in our little corner of the country every single day.
