You’ll find us at Block 27 in Neyveli, specifically at D-4U,V on Swaminadha Iyer Salai. If you know Neyveli, you know how everything is organized into these numbered blocks. It makes finding things a lot easier than in most Indian cities. Our block is a bit older, and the trees have grown up quite a bit, so there’s some nice shade on the walk to the office. The building is a typical Neyveli structure, functional and simple. We have a fair amount of space inside, though it’s mostly filled with desks and cabinets for our records. The township here is very quiet, almost peaceful compared to a place like Chennai. Most people here are connected to the mines or the power plants in some way, so there’s a shared understanding of how things work. We start our day early and usually wrap up before it gets too late in the evening. There isn't any fancy lobby or glass elevators here, just a door and some stairs. We spend most of our time just keeping on top of the projects we’re managing. Sometimes we have visitors from other sites, but mostly it’s just our small team. It’s a steady kind of life at Block 27. We’ve got our routine down, and the location on Swaminadha Iyer Salai serves us well for what we need to do. It’s just a practical, honest workspace for the people who keep things running.
