Arul Associates is right at No 24 on Railway Main Road in Agaram Parankipettai. Being on the main road means we see everyone passing by on their way to the trains. It’s a lively spot. Our office is a simple one, just a room with some old desks and plenty of files. We’ve been here long enough that we know most of the people who walk past our door. We don’t have any corporate polish or fancy slogans. We just do our work and talk to our neighbors. Most of the time, people come in to ask about local property or need help with some paperwork. We know the land around Agaram Parankipettai very well. We don't try to sell anyone on anything they don't need. It’s a straightforward business. Sometimes the noise from the trains is a bit much, but you get used to it after a week or two. We enjoy the local atmosphere. There’s a tea stall nearby where we go when we need a break. We don't use big words or try to look more important than we are. We're just a local business on the Railway Main Road. We’ve had the same sign outside for years. It’s a bit faded now, but everyone knows it's us. We just keep doing what we’ve always done, one day at a time. It’s a regular life and we like it that way.
