Cadd Centre Royapettah

We are based out of No. 31 on Thoppu Street in Lalpet. It's a small place, and most people around here know each other by name. Even though the company name mentions Royapettah, this is where we actually operate from on a daily basis. It’s a quiet enough street most of the time, except when there’s some local event or the kids are out playing nearby. Our setup is quite basic. We have a few computers and some chairs, and that’s about it. We don't spend money on expensive decorations because that’s not why people come here. They come to learn how to use the software so they can find work or do better in their studies. We usually open up in the morning and stay until the last student is done with their practice. Sometimes that means we're here longer than planned, but it's okay. The electricity can be a bit finicky in this part of Tamil Nadu, so we've learned to save our work often. It’s a lesson the students learn pretty quickly too. There are no big bosses here, just a few of us who know the software well enough to teach it. We talk to people in plain Tamil or English, whatever they are comfortable with. It’s a very local vibe. We just want to make sure the people from Lalpet and nearby areas have a place to learn these technical things without going too far. It works out for everyone involved.
