Shankarsnacks Foods Private Limited

Our company, Shankarsnacks Foods Private Limited, is based at 124, Sugandha Nagar. We were formerly known as M/S Shankar Foods Products before we changed things up. The neighborhood is mostly residential, so we try to be quiet when we are working early in the morning or late at night. It’s a nice area to be in, and people around here generally know who we are. The building isn't huge, but it fits everything we need to produce our snack range. We spend a lot of time on the floor, making sure the recipes are followed and the quality is what it should be. It’s a lot of routine, honestly. You wake up, you come in, you check the stock, and you get to work. We have a small group of employees who have become like family over the years. We share lunches and complain about the heat together. We don't really do the whole corporate thing with fancy reports or big meetings. Most of our decisions are made over a cup of tea in the back room. We’ve had to fix our own machinery more times than I can count. It keeps the costs down and helps us understand how everything works. We aren't looking to take over the world; we just want to keep the business running smoothly and stay a part of the Sugandha Nagar community for as long as we can. It is a steady way of life for us.
