You can find our office in Cooch Behar, right on S.T. Road in the Subhash Pally area. We are located near the Sani Mandir, and most people around here just know us as Sanjoy Dhar’s place. We are developers who work mostly in this local part of West Bengal. It is a lot different than working in a huge city like Kolkata. Things move a little bit slower here, but we still stay plenty busy. Our office is a basic place where we keep our files and meet up with people to talk about projects. We don't have fancy furniture or any high-tech gadgets. We just have what we need to plan out buildings and manage the land we are working on. Most of our work comes from local families or small business owners who need something built. We spend our mornings out checking on the sites and our afternoons back here handling the paperwork and phone calls. In a small town like this, your reputation is everything you have. We try to be honest with people about what can be done and how much it will cost. Sometimes getting supplies from the bigger cities takes a long time, which can be annoying for everyone. We just deal with it and keep people updated. It is a good place to live and work.
