COOCHBEHAR SUBIDHA NIDHI LIMITED

Down in Kholta Kotwaly, within the Cooch Behar district, we have our small office. We are located at Dilip Kr Bhowal’s place. It’s a familiar spot for most of the people who live nearby. Coochbehar Subidha Nidhi Limited was started because we felt there should be something right here in the locality for us. We didn't want to have to travel long distances for simple things. Most of the time, we are just sitting and working through the paperwork. It’s not a fast-paced environment. We take our time to make sure everything is right. If a neighbor stops by to talk, we listen. That’s just how it goes here. We have a few cupboards for the files and a sturdy table. The atmosphere is very casual. You might see children playing outside or someone passing by with a bicycle. We are just regular people from Cooch Behar who know the local way of doing things. We don't use big words or try to act like we are better than anyone else. The goal is just to keep things moving along for the folks who trust us with their records. It’s a lot of responsibility, but since we see these people every day at the market or the tea stall, it feels natural. We are just part of the local scenery, working away in our small corner of Kholta.
