Mahendra Traders

Mahendra Traders is located over in Ward No 8. If you know where the Shani Mandir is, we are basically right there. The Police Station Kotwali is also a very short walk from our front door, so most people in this part of town find us easily enough. We have been working out of this spot for quite a while now. The shop itself isn't fancy or anything like that. It’s just a place where we keep the stock and wait for customers to come in with their lists. Some days it is very quiet and we just sit here and talk, while other days everyone seems to show up at the same time and things get a bit chaotic. We mostly deal with local people from the neighborhood who are doing some work on their homes or need specific items for their trade. The shelves are pretty full and sometimes it’s hard to find exactly what you need right away, but we usually know where everything is tucked away. The building is older and the street outside can get pretty dusty when the trucks go past, especially during the summer months. We don’t really do much in the way of big advertising or stuff like that. Most folks just know we are here by the temple. We open up early in the morning and stay until things wind down in the evening. It is a simple way of doing things but it works for us and the people who live around here. We have a couple of old chairs for anyone who needs to wait.
