Our base is over in Nanda Nagar. It’s a pretty straightforward setup we have here. Even though the name says online, we still have to sit in a real room and do the work. The space is filled with small tools and tiny little pieces that are easy to lose if you aren't careful. We spend a lot of time looking through magnifying glasses. The lighting has to be just right, so we have these bright lamps on every desk that make the room quite warm. Nanda Nagar is mostly residential, so it stays fairly calm during the day. We don't get many walk-in visitors, which helps us stay focused on the orders. There are boxes of beads and metal bits everywhere you look. Sometimes we lose track of time because the work is so repetitive. We have a small radio that plays the same three stations every day. Our desks are old and have scratches from all the tools we use. It isn't a huge warehouse or anything like that, just a regular house-turned-office where we manage everything. When an order comes in, we pack it up right here on the dining table. It feels more like a hobby that turned into a job. We don't have a fancy team, just a few people who are good with their hands and don't mind the quiet.
