C.P. Jose

Down in South Oodlabari, near the Manabari post office, is where you will find us. It is a pretty quiet spot compared to the bigger cities. C.P. Jose is a name that has been around this area for quite some time. We deal with a lot of local stuff, mostly related to the land and the small businesses around here. The office is really just a porch and a back room. We spend a lot of time outside because the weather is usually decent, except during the monsoon when everything gets soaked. There is always someone stopping by for a chat or to ask for a bit of advice on a project. We do not have a website or anything like that. We just rely on people knowing who we are and where to find us. It is a slow-paced kind of life. We wake up early, get the chores done, and then see what the day brings. Sometimes we have to travel a bit to reach the farther parts of the district, but we always end up back here. The tea gardens are not far away, and you can smell the fresh air most mornings. It is a simple existence without much stress. We do not have a big staff, just a couple of us who know the ropes. We are not looking to expand or become a big corporation. We just like being part of the Oodlabari community and doing our part.
