We are located in Barsolemanpur, right next to the primary school. If you are walking down from the Ramnagar side, you can’t miss us. Subhashini Medical Consultancy isn't a big hospital or anything like that. It is just a place where people from around Purba Midnapur come when they need help figuring out which doctor to see or what to do about a health issue. A lot of folks get confused by the big city hospitals and all the paperwork. We sit down with them and talk through their reports. My family has been in this area for a long time, so we know the local needs. It gets busy in the mornings when the school nearby starts. The room is simple, just some chairs and a desk with a lot of files. We spend most of the day talking to patients or calling up clinics to find out about appointments. It is a lot of listening. Sometimes someone comes in just because they are worried about a cough. We try to give them clear information so they don't have to wander around. It feels good to help someone from the village get the right care without them getting lost in the system. We keep things straightforward here. No big words or complicated talk.
