Kovai Lakshni Grinders

Kovai Lakshni Grinders sits right on P.N. Palayam Road, specifically at 153E-3B in the Varatharajalu Layout area. If you know Ganapathy Post, you probably know the area gets pretty crowded with traffic and people moving around. Our shop is tucked in there, and we spend most of our hours dealing with grinder parts and assembly. It's not a big factory or anything like that, just a workspace where we get things done. Some days are slower than others, but there is always something to clean or a motor to test out. We see a lot of people from the neighborhood coming by to ask about repairs or new stones for their machines. The floor is usually covered in some kind of dust from the grinding work, but we sweep up when we can. It’s a practical place. We have a few old desks in the back for the paperwork, though most of the time we are out on the floor. The sun hits the front of the building pretty hard in the morning, making it bright while we set up the tools. People often use the shop as a landmark when giving directions around Varatharajalu Layout. We’ve been here long enough that the walls have that worn-out look, but the machines inside work just fine. It’s just us doing what we know how to do, day in and day out, right here near the post office. We don't do anything fancy, just grinders.
