Zhagaram Homes Llp is situated at No.129 on 4th Street. You can find us in Karups Nagar, which is part of the Neelagiri South Garden area. It’s a bit of a mouthful of an address, but it’s a nice place to be based. The garden area makes it feel a little less like a concrete jungle than some other parts of the city. We’ve been at No.129 for a while now. The name Zhagaram Homes is something we are proud of, even if we don't go around shouting about it. We aren't really the type to have a polished corporate image. We are more about just sitting down and getting the work done. 4th Street in Karups Nagar is usually pretty calm, which helps us focus. We don’t have a massive staff, just a few people who know what they are doing. Most days are spent handling the usual paperwork and calls that come with running a business. It’s a very down-to-earth environment. We don’t believe in making things more complicated than they need to be. If you come by the office, you’ll just see a bunch of people working in a regular room. That’s how we like it. It’s practical, it’s local, and it’s where we do our best work without any unnecessary fuss or bother. Being in Neelagiri South Garden is a bit of a plus for the daily commute too. It’s a solid spot for us to be based.
