Our office is down in Coimbatore at 44B Kannapiran Nagar in the Kovilmedu section. It is a decent spot near Velandipalayam. We have been operating out of this building for some years now. It is a fairly quiet area compared to the main city center which is nice for getting things done. We work on various systems and controls and our workspace is filled with manuals and testing equipment. Sometimes it feels a bit cramped when we have a lot of gear coming in at once. We don't have any leather sofas or glass walls here. It is just a functional space with desks and some old filing cabinets that squeak when you open them. The people who work here are mostly from the surrounding towns. We talk about cricket and the local weather while we have our coffee in the morning. Sometimes the power cuts out and we have to wait a bit but that is just part of life here. We don't try to impress anyone with big talk. We just show up every morning and see what needs to be fixed or built. The address is easy enough to find if you are familiar with the landmarks in Kovilmedu. We mostly deal with people we have known for a long time. It is a small community and everyone knows who is doing what. We just keep our heads down and do our daily tasks without much fuss. We enjoy working here.
