Our office is located at A/T9 in the Royal Exotic Apartment complex. We are right on Sakthi Main Road in the Ganapathy area of Coimbatore. Zand Realtors Private Limited is just a small group of us working out of this apartment space. Coimbatore 641006 is a busy place, and Sakthi Main Road always has cars and bikes zooming past. Being in the Royal Exotic building is convenient because it is a landmark people recognize. We spend our days answering calls and looking over different property details. The office has a lived-in feel to it. It’s not one of those glass-and-steel towers, just a comfortable spot in a residential building. We have our files organized, or at least we try to, and there is usually a stack of local newspapers on the table. Sometimes the humidity in Tamil Nadu gets to us, so we keep the fans going all day long. Working in Ganapathy means we are close to a lot of local shops, so grabbing lunch is never a problem. It’s a practical location for what we do. We don't have any big signs or flashy lights, just our name on the door and the sound of the traffic coming from the main road. It is just a normal office where we put in our hours and try to keep things running smoothly for everyone involved.
