You can find us at 25 Addis Street in Grey Town. It’s a quiet enough street compared to the main roads, which we actually prefer for loading and unloading our goods. We’ve been running Yuvaa Agencies from this spot for some time, and the building has a bit of character to it, even if the paint is peeling in some of the corners. Our day usually starts with checking the inventory and seeing what needs to be sent out to customers. We handle a lot of different products, so the warehouse part of our space is always a bit of a puzzle to navigate. We don’t have a marketing team or a fancy reception desk. Usually, if you walk in, you’ll just see one of us behind a desk piled with papers or moving boxes around the floor. It’s a practical setup. We know the neighbors on Addis Street well, and we’ve seen the neighborhood change over the years. We aren’t trying to be the biggest agency out there; we just want to make sure the people who buy from us get what they ordered without too much fuss. Sometimes the deliveries are late because of the local traffic, and sometimes we have to spend all morning on the phone tracking down a lost shipment. That’s just the way the job goes. We keep things simple and try to stay organized as much as possible in this little corner of Grey Town. It suits us just fine.
