Worldtex International (Buying Office)

Our office is located in Wayanad, right there at Crescent House on B Street. Being a buying office, Worldtex International spends a lot of time on the phone or checking through product samples. Mananthavady is a nice enough place to work from. It is not like the big cities, which is good for us in many ways. International coordination happens here daily. We look at many products and talk to different suppliers throughout the morning. Textiles are our main focus. The air feels much better here than in the metros. Our space isn't huge, just enough for the desks and the big files we keep. We have been running things from this corner of Kerala for a bit now. It’s a quiet street usually. After the work is done, we just head home. No one here wears suits or anything fancy. We just focus on the orders coming in from different places. Sometimes the internet gets a bit slow when it rains heavily, but we get by. It’s a practical setup for the business. Logistics and sourcing take up most of our time. Wayanad is famous for other things, but for us, it’s just where we work. We’ve got a small team. Everyone knows each other's names. It’s a relaxed atmosphere even when we are busy with buying schedules. Afternoon coffee breaks help when things calm down. We just keep at it until the day is over.
