Wood mans Associates

We've been here on Trichy Road for a while now. The shop is right near the Ramanathapuram Signal, so it gets pretty busy outside with all the traffic. Sometimes it’s hard to find a parking spot, but we manage. Inside Wood mans Associates, it's mostly just us working through piles of sketches and talking to people who walk in. The office is at Shop No 843/844. We usually start our day early when the tea stall nearby opens up. It gets quite warm in Coimbatore during the afternoons, so the fan is always on full blast. We spend a lot of time looking at wood samples and drawing up plans on the big tables. People from around the neighborhood stop by to ask questions or just to see what we're up to. We don't have a big fancy lobby or anything like that. It's just a working space with stuff everywhere. Most days involve a lot of phone calls and checking on things at different sites. We’ve grown used to the sound of the signal outside. It's a bit of a landmark for people trying to find us. If you hit the signal, you've basically found us. We like the area because everything is close by. The walls are covered with old calendars and some notes we taped up months ago. It isn't much, but it's where we do everything. We just keep our heads down and get the work done day after day. It's a simple life.
