Wns Bpo

We are Wns Bpo and we are based in Bhandup West. Our office is in the Aziz Amin Estate on Quarry Road, A/3, Aziz Amin Estate. It’s a bit of an industrial area, so there’s always trucks and a lot of noise outside our windows. We work in the BPO sector, which means lots of phone calls and sitting at computers for long shifts. The office is in block A/3. It’s not the most glamorous place to work, but it gets the job done for us. We have a lot of young people working here, so it’s usually quite loud with all the talking and typing. We have a small break area where we eat our lunch and talk. Sometimes the AC breaks down and we all complain about the heat, but mostly we just get on with our tasks. Working in a BPO is fast-paced, and there’s always a target or a deadline to hit. We don’t have a fancy mission statement or any of that corporate talk. We just come in, put on our headsets, and try to help the people on the other end of the line as well as we can. Bhandup is a busy spot and the daily commute can be a bit of a pain for some of us coming from further away. We’ve been at this location for a while now. It’s a regular job with regular people. We aren't trying to change the world, just trying to do our work well enough to get through the week.
