You can find us at 113/73 on Theerthagiri Road in the Ponnamma Pettai area of Salem. It’s right there on Salai Road. We’ve been operating Vwr Lab Products International from this spot for a while now. Salem is a place with a lot of history and we are just one small part of it in this neighborhood. Our building is a bit older but it works for what we need. Inside, there are boxes and shelves and the usual stuff you'd expect to see. We spend most of the day sorting things out and making sure everything is where it should be. The traffic on Salai Road can be quite something during the peak hours so we try to get our deliveries in early. It’s a local operation and we know the people living and working around us. We don't use any big words to describe ourselves because we are just here to work. Sometimes it gets a bit dusty being so close to the road but we keep the place as clean as we can. There are about 6 or 7 of us who are here regularly. We talk to people on the phone and handle the local logistics. It’s not a high-tech lab or a shiny showroom, just a practical space where we can focus on the tasks at hand. Most days are busy and we just take things one step at a time until the day is over.
