Vcast Business Process Innovation Pvt. Ltd is located over at 14, Kuchi Naidu Layout in Coimbatore. It is a busy enough area in Tamil Nadu, and we have been here for a while now. The office is where we spend most of our days working through different business steps and tasks. Usually, our mornings start with a quick tea before we really get into the computer work and data. Coimbatore can get quite humid during the day, so the fans are almost always running. People are walking in and out of the layout constantly. There is always some process that needs fixing or some information that needs to be sorted out. It is not a fancy place, just a normal workspace with plenty of desks and some old files stacked up. We try to keep everything moving. Sometimes the internet acts up and slows us down, but we manage to get things finished. Most of us live nearby, so the daily commute isn't too bad for the team. We deal with innovation in business steps, even though that sounds more complicated than it really is. It is mostly just making sure things run right for the people who need them. We have a couple of chairs for visitors, but mostly it is just us working away. There is a small shop down the road where we grab snacks when we need a break. It feels like a normal neighborhood office.
