Our office is tucked away at 16/1, Jothi Nagar, on the 7th Street. We are right behind the N.G.R. School on Kamarajar Road in Uppilipalayam. It’s a bit of a quiet corner, which is nice for getting work done. You can usually hear the kids playing at the school during their break. We have been at this location for some time, helping people with their property needs. It’s a small space, nothing too fancy, just some desks and chairs and a lot of paperwork. People from the neighborhood usually just walk over when they need something. We know the streets around Jothi Nagar really well. Most of our work involves talking to the local families and seeing who needs a new place or who wants to sell their land. We don't have a big marketing budget or anything like that. We just rely on people knowing us and trusting that we will do a decent job. Sometimes the power goes out and we just sit by the window and chat until it comes back on. That is just how life is here. We handle the documents and the meetings without making a big fuss about it. It’s a practical business run by people who live right here in the area. We like being part of the Uppilipalayam community and helping our neighbors out with their real estate stuff whenever they ask. It is simple, steady work.
