UTS CHITS PRIVATE LIMITED

Our office is located on the 3rd floor of the Mayflower Velancia building on Avinashi Road, right in the Nava India area of Coimbatore. It is a busy part of the city, so there is always something happening on the street below. Being on the 3rd floor means we have to take the lift or the stairs every day, and it is a bit quieter than being right on the ground level. We have a few rooms where we manage the chit fund operations. There are computers on every desk and we try to keep things as tidy as possible, though the files always seem to pile up anyway. We spend our days answering calls and meeting with people who come in for the auctions or to pay their installments. The air conditioning runs most of the day because Coimbatore gets quite warm. We have a small pantry where we make our own tea and coffee. It is a professional enough space, but we aren't fancy. The chairs are comfortable for the members who come in for the monthly meetings. We usually get a lot of people stopping by during the lunch hour or right after they finish work. We just stay focused on the calculations and making sure the monthly cycles run without any hitches. It is a steady routine of paperwork and talking to people from all over the city.
