You can find Urc Constructions over in Pollachi at Mahalingapuram. We are at 53/50 on K.K. Kovil Street. S. Arun Kumar is the one who mostly looks after things here. Pollachi is a nice place to live and work with all the coconut trees around. Our office is right in the middle of a regular street so it feels very much like a part of the community. We don't have any big signs or flashy lights outside our door. Most people just know us through word of mouth or because they live nearby. We handle a lot of small and medium jobs around this area. It gets quite busy during the marriage season or when people want to finish their homes before the festivals. We try to keep our schedule organized but things always come up at the last minute. The office is usually filled with the sound of the ceiling fan and someone talking on the phone. We don't use much fancy technology, just the basics to keep our records straight. Sometimes the power goes out in the afternoon and we just sit outside for a bit until it comes back. It is a simple life and we are happy to be working in our own town. If you are ever on K.K. Kovil Street, you will probably see us coming or going from the office. We have been here for years and hope to stay for many more.
