Urc Constructions

Urc Constructions is based out of Eravancherry in Tiruvarur district. Our main office is at 2/243 on the Main Road. It’s a small place compared to the big cities but we like it here in Nannilam taluk. Being on the main road makes it easy for people to find us when they are passing through the village. We started this because there was a lot of work to be done around these parts of Tamilnadu. The office is pretty basic with just enough room for our paperwork and a few chairs for visitors. We spend a lot of our time out in the fields or at different building spots nearby. Life moves a bit slower here than in Chennai or Madurai but we still keep busy. You can usually find someone in the office during the morning hours before we head out. We deal with all sorts of local people and everyone pretty much knows everyone else's business. It’s the kind of place where a handshake still means something. We have had our ups and downs like any small business but we keep at it regardless. The rain can be a problem for our work during the monsoon season but we plan around it. We are just local folks working on local things and we don't try to be anything more than that. It is just about doing the job and going home to our families at night.
