Union Bank Of India

This is the legal department's regional office for Union Bank of India here in Coimbatore. We are situated on Oppanakara Street, which is a very well-known part of the city. The Manager of Law and the rest of the legal team work from this branch. It’s a busy office because there’s always some legal matter or paperwork that needs our attention. We aren't like the regular bank branches where you go to deposit cash. Our work is more about the rules and the legal side of things. The office is right in the middle of the local hustle and bustle. Oppanakara Street is always crowded with shoppers and traffic, which makes our workday feel very connected to the city. We try to keep things moving as fast as we can, even though legal stuff can take a lot of time. We aren't here to give you a sales pitch about banking. We just handle the legal side for this region. It’s a lot of reading and filing and making sure everything follows the law. The staff here are just regular people who happen to know a lot about bank regulations. We don't have a polished corporate atmosphere. It’s just an office where we get through our daily tasks and try to keep everything in order for the bank. It's a lot of work but it keeps us busy every day. We’ve been on this street for quite a while now and everyone knows the building.
