You can find Ultimate Alloys (P) Ltd. out on Trichy Road in Sulur. It is a good location for us because it is easy for the trucks to get to and from the main road. The facility itself is pretty straightforward and functional. We have the main area for the alloys and a small corner that we use as an office space. It is definitely not a place where you would wear your best clothes because it can get a bit messy with the work we do every day. I like being out here in Sulur; it feels a bit less cramped than being right in the center of a busy city. We have a routine that we have followed for many years now. The morning starts with checking the inventory and seeing what is scheduled for the day. There are not many meetings here. We usually just talk over what needs to be done while we are standing around the equipment. It is a very hands-on environment. Most of the staff have been with us for a long time, so they do not need much direction at all. We just get on with it. We don't really use marketing phrases or try to sound bigger than we are.
