U G C Associates

Our office, U G C Associates, is tucked away in the Selvam Rice Mill Compound. Specifically, we are at 5/302-A in the Kaikattipudur area of Avinashi. It’s an interesting spot to work out of because of the history of the compound. You can usually find us there throughout the week just keeping up with the daily tasks that come our way. Being in Avinashi, we get a mix of local folks and people passing through the area. The rice mill compound has a lot of activity, so it never feels too isolated. We have a pretty simple setup inside the building. No flashy decorations or corporate vibes here, just desks and the usual stuff you’d expect in a working office. We’ve been based in this Kaikattipudur location for some time now, and we’ve gotten to know the rhythm of the place. Some mornings are slow with just the sound of the mill nearby, and other times it’s a total scramble to get everything finished before the sun goes down. We don’t try to be something we aren't. We are just a group of people working together to handle the business that comes to U G C Associates. If you happen to be near the Selvam Rice Mill, you’ll likely see our door. We just stay focused on the work at hand and try to make sure everything is handled correctly for the people who rely on us. It is just our everyday routine in this corner of Avinashi.
