At Trsk Cold Forging Rivets, we operate out of number 20, Palaniappa Nagar in Pudur. It’s a quiet enough area, mostly residential and small businesses mixed together. Our workshop isn't very large, but it has everything we need to get the job done. Cold forging makes a lot of noise, so the neighbors probably know when we are working hard. We’ve been at this for a while now. Most of the guys here have been working with metal for years, so it's just second nature to us. We don't have a front office with a receptionist. If you walk in, you’ll probably find us by the machines with our sleeves rolled up and oil on our hands. Pudur is a decent place to work, and being in Palaniappa Nagar makes it feel like we are part of the local community. We aren't interested in being a giant company with hundreds of employees. We just like making things that hold together. Sometimes the machines need fixing or a shipment is late, but we just deal with it and move on to the next task. Our hands are usually dirty by the end of the day, which is fine by us. We don't spend money on advertising or making things look better than they are. We just focus on the rivets and the work right in front of us at number 20. It’s a humble setup, but it keeps us busy.
