Krm Pets & Kennels

We’re located at No. 232 on R G Street, which is right in the Town Hall area, close to the Jain Temple. If you walk by Krm Pets & Kennels, you’ll definitely hear us before you see us. There’s always some barking or chirping going on inside. Taking care of animals is a full-time job that doesn't really have weekends off. We start early, cleaning out the cages and making sure everyone is fed and watered. It can get a bit messy, and the smell of pet food is something you just get used to after a while. The street outside is usually busy with people going to the temple or the shops nearby. We have a small front area where we keep some supplies, but most of the space is for the animals. It’s a lot of physical work, lifting bags of feed and keeping the place tidy. We’ve been here for a long time and have seen many pets grow up. We don't have a slick office; it’s more of a working space where things are constantly moving. Sometimes we have a lot of pups and other times it’s quieter, but there’s always something to do. We just do our best to look after the creatures in our care. It’s not an easy job, but it’s rewarding in its own way when you see a dog happy and healthy. We’re just regular people who like animals.
