Richa Exports

Richa Exports is found at 258/2 in Thillai Nagar on the Dharapuram Road in Tirupur. This town is all about the textile industry and we are right in the middle of it. Dharapuram Road is one of the main veins of the city so there is a constant stream of lorries and bikes passing by our gates. We have a decent-sized space here because we have to handle a lot of boxes for export. It can get pretty dusty with all the activity and the heat can be a lot in the middle of the day. We don’t have much in the way of an office; it’s mostly just the warehouse floor where the packing happens. There is a small desk where we keep the logs and the shipping papers. It’s a lot of physical work, lifting and moving things around all day long. We have a few guys who have been with us for years and we all just know what needs to be done without talking about it too much. Sometimes the schedules get tight and we stay late into the night to get a container loaded up. It’s not a glamorous job but it is what we do and we’ve been doing it for a long time. Thillai Nagar is a busy spot and we are just happy to keep the wheels turning and the orders moving out.
