We have been at 25 Electronic Estate on Avinashi Road for a while now. Most days are just spent looking at different chair designs and figuring out how to put them together so they actually last. It's a busy area and the noise from the road sometimes gets inside, but we are used to it by now. The workshop isn't fancy. There are tools everywhere and pieces of fabric or foam sitting in corners. People come in asking about office chairs mostly. We try to keep things organized but when a big order comes in, the whole floor gets covered in parts. The guys working here know where everything is, even if it looks messy to someone else. It is mostly about getting the height right and making sure the wheels don't squeak after a month. We don't really do big ads or anything like that. Usually, someone just hears about us from another office nearby and drops by to see what we have. Avinashi Road is a good spot because people can find us easily enough, though parking is always a bit of a headache. Sometimes we stay late when a delivery is supposed to go out the next morning. It’s just how it goes here. We keep it simple. If a chair breaks, we fix it. If someone needs fifty stools, we start cutting the metal. It is regular work, nothing too complicated. We just focus on the seating stuff and try to stay out of the heat.
