Therp Chits is located at 88 Kovai Road in Pollachi. This is a very busy part of the town because Kovai Road is a main artery for all the traffic coming through. We are right in the middle of the bustle. Pollachi is a place where people work hard, and we see that every day in our office. The building is older but it serves us well enough. We have a few desks where we sit and manage the accounts for the local groups. People drop in all the time to drop off their payments or to ask questions about the next auction. It can get a bit crowded on those days. We don't have a lot of fancy furniture or air conditioning that works all the time. It’s just a regular office where we do our jobs. Most of us have lived in Coimbatore district our whole lives, so we know the people who walk through the door. We spend a lot of time on the phone or writing in the ledgers. There is always a stack of paperwork to get through. Sometimes we go out to the small shop next door for a quick snack. The work isn't glamorous but it is necessary for the folks around here. We just try to keep things moving and make sure the records are straight. It's a straightforward life here on Kovai Road and we have become part of the daily routine.
