Telecom Network Solutions Pvt Ltd is based in Coimbatore, over in the Kuniamuthur area. Our office is at 25 Kani Konar Street in Edayarpalayam. It’s a very local neighborhood, and everyone around here knows each other. Being in Coimbatore, we are surrounded by a lot of industry and technical talent. The office itself is a simple building on a narrow street. It’s not the kind of place you’d find in a high-tech park; it’s more grounded and part of the community. We deal with network solutions, so there’s always some equipment lying around or a technician getting ready to go out on a call. The street outside is usually busy with people going to the local shops or kids playing. Inside, it’s a bit more focused. We have our desks pushed together and a lot of whiteboards with diagrams on them. It’s a practical setup. We don't have a big HR department or fancy coffee machines; we just have a small stove for making tea and a lot of work to get through.
