Our office is in a place called Radhika Nivas, which is situated in Vettipuram, Pathanamthitta. If you know Kerala, you know it is very green and can get very rainy during the monsoon season. Our building is a quiet spot where we handle all the life insurance tasks that come our way. It’s not a huge corporate skyscraper; it feels more like a house that was turned into an office, which gives it a bit of a personal touch. We spend our days going through applications and checking on files for the local people who live around here. Sometimes the internet is a bit slow when the storms come through, but we make do with what we have. Most of the people who work here have been in Pathanamthitta for a long time, so we know the area well. We don't really use big words or try to impress anyone with fancy talk. We just show up, do the work, and go home to our families. It’s a simple life and a simple way of doing business. You might see us having a break outside when the weather is nice, just enjoying the fresh air before heading back in to finish the day's tasks. It is a steady pace of work in a very beautiful part of the world.
