Suntech

We’ve been here at Asokar Street in Vellalore for quite a bit now. It is a quiet spot most days, though the traffic gets a bit much when people are heading home in the evenings. We started Suntech just to have something of our own in this part of Tamil Nadu. Most of the time it’s just us handling the day-to-day things, making sure everything is running okay. We aren't a big fancy office with glass walls or anything like that. It’s just a regular place where we get our work done. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to sit outside for a bit till it comes back. Our neighbors know us well enough by now. We moved into this 5/34A-6 spot because it was close to where we live. Dealing with the paperwork and the orders takes up most of our morning. Then in the afternoon, things slow down a little and we can catch our breath. We’ve seen Vellalore change over the years, more buildings coming up and more people moving in. It’s nice to be part of the local scene here. We don’t try to act bigger than we are. If you walk down the street, you’ll see our door. It’s a bit dusty from the road, but that’s just how it is. We try to keep things simple. No complicated systems, just regular work every day from Monday to Saturday.
