Mats

We are tucked away at 2 Indian Bank Colony in the Sundakkamuthur area. Our business is simply called Mats, and that is pretty much what we do all day. We have all sorts of floor coverings and mats piled up here in the building. It isn't anything special to look at from the outside, just a regular place where we store and sell our stuff. It can get a bit dusty with all the fabric and rubber materials sitting around, but we try our best to keep it organized. We are not really in a high-traffic retail zone, so it is a bit quieter than being on one of the main roads in town. Most of the people who come here are locals or people who heard about us from a neighbor. We spend a lot of our time moving heavy rolls of material and cutting things to the right size for customers. It is physical work and by the end of the day, we are usually pretty tired out. There is no big corporate office or fancy reception area with a secretary. It is just the warehouse space and a small wooden desk where we handle the money and keep track of the orders. We have lived in this part of Sundakkamuthur for many years, so we know the people around here well. It is a decent way to make a living and keep busy without too much fuss or bother.
