Suguna Pneumatics P Ltd is located in the Sundarapuram area of Coimbatore, right on Kasthuri Nagar. If you’ve ever been to this part of the city, you know it’s full of small workshops. There are factories making all sorts of machine parts everywhere. Our building is called Anugraha. It’s where we spend most of our time dealing with pneumatic systems and air-related equipment. It’s usually quite loud in the neighborhood. You can hear the grinding and metal work going on next door. Inside our office, things are a bit quieter. However, there is always a layer of dust on the desks no matter how much we clean. We have a small team of people. They handle the technical stuff and the sales. It’s not a flashy place with modern furniture. We just have what we need to get through the day. The tea guy comes around 11. That's a highlight for everyone here. We spend a lot of time on the phone talking to clients or checking on parts that are supposed to arrive from other cities. Coimbatore can get really warm. The ceiling fans are always on full speed. We’ve been in this spot for a good number of years. We have seen the street change quite a bit as more shops opened up. We just keep doing our thing. Each day we make sure the machines are taken care of and the parts are sorted out before we head home for the evening.
