We are set up in Sf1, over in the `C` Block of Ramani`S Janakapuri Apartments. This is in the C.K. Colony part of New Siddhapudur in Coimbatore. It’s a bit of a weird spot for a State Bank Of India office since it’s tucked away in an apartment complex, but it works for us. The 641044 area is usually quite warm, so we’re thankful for the shade the building provides. Our daily routine is pretty basic. We show up, get the computers running, and start going through whatever came in the day before. Because we're in a residential colony, it feels a lot quieter than the branches you find on the main high streets. You mostly just hear the sounds of the residents and the occasional car. We don't have a big fancy lobby or anything like that. It’s just a practical space where we can focus on the tasks at hand without too many distractions. Sometimes it gets a bit cramped in `C` Block when we have a lot of files to move around, but we manage. Most of us live nearby, so the commute isn't too bad, which is a plus. We keep a kettle in the corner for tea and just get on with the business of the day. It’s a steady job in a steady place, and that’s about all there is to say about it really. We just take it one day at a time here and get things done.
