Star Annamalai

Star Annamalai is located at 144, Nanneri Kazhaka Street, right near the Flower Market. If you’ve ever been to the market, you know how busy and colorful it gets around there. The smell of flowers is everywhere, which is a nice change from most business districts. We’ve been at this address for a long time. Our shop isn't very large, but we’ve got enough space for what we do. We mostly deal with local supplies and helping people find what they need for their small shops or homes. It’s a family-run kind of thing, so you might see different cousins or brothers behind the counter depending on the day. We don't have a fancy website or a big advertising budget. Most of our customers come from the neighborhood or people who are already at the market and stop by. The street can be narrow, so parking is always a bit of a headache, but people manage. We keep a lot of our stock in the back, and sometimes it takes a minute to find exactly what someone asked for. We don't use any of that corporate talk. We just tell you what we have and what it costs. It’s an honest way to do things. The building is old, and the floors are a bit uneven, but it’s got character. We like being part of the flower market community.
