It’s an interesting spot because you can hear the hum of the mills nearby. Our address is a bit specific with the S.F NO.373/1, but most locals just know us as the chit fund place near the mill. The office itself is quite plain. We have some blue plastic chairs for people to sit on while they wait. We mostly deal with the people who work in the nearby industries or live in the surrounding houses. It is a busy little corner of the world. We spend our days tracking the monthly groups and making sure everyone gets their turn. There’s always a stack of tea cups in the corner and a pile of newspapers on the side table. We don't have a big marketing department or anything like that. We just rely on being here and doing the work. People come in, we have a chat, they pay their monthly share, and that’s about it.
