Sri Sun Rise Polymers

Our place, Sri Sun Rise Polymers, is over at S. F. No. 617, Plot No. 8. It’s right across from the Rathanam College Road. Being near a college means there are always students walking around, but our side of the road is mostly industrial. The plot is fairly large, and we’ve got machines running for most of the day. The sound is pretty constant—a low hum that you eventually stop noticing. We deal with a lot of polymer materials, so it can get a bit warm inside the building when the sun hits the roof. We don't have a fancy lobby or a receptionist to greet people. Usually, someone is just standing near the gate or working on the floor. Most of our work is about making sure the batches are right and the machines don't overheat. It’s a lot of manual labor, moving sacks and checking the output. We aren't trying to be some big tech company. We’re just a local factory getting through the daily orders. Sometimes the raw material delivery is late, and we have to stay late to make up for it. It’s just the way it goes in this line of work. My hands are usually a bit dirty from the equipment, and we all just wear regular work clothes. It’s a straightforward life here at the plot, keeping the production line moving as best we can.
