Our factory and office are located on Kondasamy Naidu Street in Coimbatore, right in the Sai Baba Colony area. We are at number 9/25 on the 1st street there. It’s an industrial part of town, so you’ll hear the sound of metal and machines as soon as you turn the corner. We spend our days making parts and managing the production schedule. It’s loud, and there is usually grease on someone’s hands, but that’s the nature of an industry like this. We have a small office space where we keep the records and handle the billing. It’s not a place for fancy meetings. We usually just talk over the noise of the shop floor. Our workers have been with us for a good while, and they know how to handle the equipment without needing much direction. Sometimes a machine breaks down and we have to spend the whole afternoon fixing it, which throws the whole day off. We don’t have a big corporate structure. It’s just the owners and the staff working together to get the orders out. Coimbatore is a great place for this kind of work because there are so many other small shops nearby if we need a specific tool or a bit of help. We just try to make things that work and keep our customers satisfied without making a big deal about it. Every day is about getting the metal cut or the parts finished and shipped out.
