Holiday Collections

We are Holiday Collections, and you can find us at Site No. 54 in Sri Nagar. It’s a straightforward spot. We don’t have a massive building, just a decent office where we handle all the travel stuff. The walls have some old calendars and a few pictures of places we've dealt with. It’s mostly just us sitting at the desks, answering phones and trying to get things sorted out for people. Sri Nagar is a busy area, so there’s always noise coming in from the street. We’ve been at this site for a while. Sometimes the printer jams right when we need to hand over papers, which is annoying, but we manage. We aren’t a big travel agency with hundreds of employees. It’s a small operation. We know most of the people who walk through the door by name. We spend a lot of time looking at maps and checking schedules. It’s not always exciting, but it’s our job. The office gets a bit cramped when more than two people visit at once. We don't have a fancy lounge or anything like that. Just some plastic chairs for waiting. We try to keep things simple and talk straight with people. If a trip isn't possible, we just say so. It’s better that way. We’re usually here from morning until late afternoon, unless we’re out running errands. It's just a small office on a busy street where we handle whatever comes our way.
