We are located on Kennedy Street in Sirumugai. If you know the area, you know it's a place where people actually work with their hands. We’ve got our shop here where we handle different types of equipment. It’s not a shiny showroom; it’s more of a place with tools, grease, and the smell of metal. We’ve been around since we moved into the 6/80 building. People in the neighborhood stop by often just to chat or ask about a part they need. We don’t spend much on advertising because word of mouth usually does the job for us. The heat in Tamil Nadu can be a lot, so we start early in the morning before it gets too bad. It’s just a few of us working here, making sure the machines are in good shape and the orders are packed right. We don't have a big marketing department or anything like that. When you call, you’re probably talking to the same person who fixes the gear. We make mistakes sometimes, like forgetting to write down a number, but we always try to fix it. It’s a honest way to make a living. We’ve got a lot of old catalogs and parts lying around, but we know where everything is. It’s our little corner of Sirumugai, and we’re quite used to the routine by now. It isn't much, but it's ours and it keeps us busy.
