We are based over in Coimbatore, on the 4th street of Annamalai Nagar in Sowripalayam. Our office is at 8/1, and it’s a place where we’ve been working for quite a while. S. Rameshkumar, the son of R. Selvaraj, runs things around here. It’s a family-oriented vibe, and we treat our staff like they are part of the family too. We are in the apparel business, which is very common in this part of Tamil Nadu. The office is in a residential-looking street, so it’s not too noisy outside, but inside it’s always busy. We don't have any polished corporate brochures or fancy slogans. We just talk to our customers plainly and do the work. There’s a lot of checking fabric quality and looking at stitching details. It’s a hands-on job. We spend a lot of time making sure the orders are exactly what was asked for. The Coimbatore weather can be hot, but we keep the fans going and everyone stays focused. We aren't a massive company with hundreds of rules. We just have a few simple ways of doing things that have worked for us over the years. Most of our workers live nearby, so there’s a lot of local talk and community feeling in the workspace. We don't try to sound like anything we aren't. We just make clothes and try to do a solid job every single day for our clients.
