Sofos Bpo

If you head down Pollachi Main Road in Coimbatore, you’ll find us at number 245 in Sundarapuram. This is where Sofos Bpo is based. Coimbatore is a great city, and Sundarapuram is a busy hub. Our office is right in the middle of all that action. Being a BPO, we have people here at all sorts of hours. It’s never really quiet. There is always the sound of typing and people talking on the phone. We have rows of desks and headsets everywhere. It’s not a glamorous job, but it’s steady. We keep track of a lot of data and handle calls for various clients. The building is okay, it has seen better days but it serves our needs just fine. We have a small break area where people sit and scroll on their phones or eat their tiffins. The fans are always humming to keep the heat away. Outside, the road is always packed with buses and bikes. Sometimes the noise from the street leaks in, but we’re used to it by now. We don't spend much time on fancy decorations or office parties. We just focus on hitting our numbers and making sure the logs are updated correctly. It’s a rhythmic kind of work. We come in, do our shift, and then head back out into the Coimbatore traffic. It is a long day but it is our day.
