Sms Jobs is tucked away on Anna Street in the Rathinapuri area of Coimbatore. We are at 101 B, which isn't hard to find once you get onto the street. It’s a bit of a local hub around here. We spend our days looking through applications and trying to help folks figure out where they might fit in for work. It’s not a fancy recruitment agency with glass walls or anything. It’s just a room with some tables and chairs where people can sit and talk. We get a lot of walk-ins from the 641027 area, mostly people looking for something steady. Sometimes the office gets a bit crowded when everyone shows up at once, especially on Monday mornings. We have a few old fans that keep the air moving, and there’s always a stack of resumes on the corner of my desk that I need to sort through. It’s good to be part of the Rathinapuri community because we see the same faces often. We don't use any high-tech systems, just simple lists and phone calls to get things done. It feels more personal that way, I think. If you’re around Anna Street, you’ll see our sign. We just try to keep things simple and help people get to work without making it too complicated or stressful for them.
