Smart Wipers

Smart Wipers is based at 1098, Dr Radha Krishna Road. We’re right in the Gandhipuram area, which is always humming with activity. It’s a busy part of the city, so there’s always a lot of noise from the street and people passing by. We handle all sorts of wipers here. It’s a very practical, hands-on business. Most of the time, the shop is filled with cardboard boxes stacked to the ceiling. We spend a lot of our hours just packing, unpacking, and checking the items. It isn’t a glamorous job by any means, but it's what we know. The space isn’t very large, so we have to be smart about how we pile things up so we can still walk through. If you walk in, you’ll see we’re mostly focused on the inventory and getting things ready for delivery. We don’t really have a big reception area or any place for people to lounge. People who come to Gandhipuram usually know the road well enough. We’ve been at this spot for a while, and the neighbors are used to us moving boxes around every morning. It gets quite hot in the afternoons, but we just keep the fans going and stay busy with the orders. The staff is small, just a few people who have been with us for a bit. We don’t bother with much advertising or marketing. Most people find us because they need what we have and they’re already nearby. It’s just a straightforward operation here.
